Refund & Cancellation Policy

Anxio Premium is a digital subscription. This policy explains cancellation and refunds.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from Billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. When you cancel, your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Digital content and your cancellation rights

Premium gives immediate access to digital content. At checkout you agree to that immediate access and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right to cancel (under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) may no longer apply once you have started accessing the digital content.

Refunds

If something has gone wrong — for example you were charged in error — contact hello@anxio.uk and we will look into it. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

No medical or therapy service

Premium provides additional self-care tools and content only. No medical, therapy or crisis service is included.
